Outpatient Treatment

JCCA offers a variety of services for mental health treatment in an outpatient treatment setting. Services for individuals, couples, families, and groups vary in the number and length of meetings, depending on clients' needs.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Depending on how much distress the mental health causing the client or their family, the client and their counselor may decide that more contact is needed.

Individual counseling

A service that involves the trained therapist and the client in a one-on-one setting to explore their behaviors, work through daily challenges, identify what they would like to change, set personal goals, and work toward the desired change.

Available for ages 4 years and older.

This service can also be referred to as “individual therapy” or “psychotherapy.”

Continuing Care

This service is normally indicated to assist clients as they gain support for therapy. Intensity of service varies with individual client needs and motivation.
